We had two omelets for breakfast. They were delicious, the fruit was very fresh. I will return next time I'm in town. Thank you for a great meal. Mike&Kim
First, an extra star for not including the tax in the calculations of suggested tip percentages. Bravo! Nobody should tip on tax. We've stayed two or more nights in Fort Bragg a dozen or so times over the past 6 or 8 years. We'd never given this restaurant a try, however, often intimidated by the long line. Last week, however, we were there midweek and off-season, and decided to finally give it a try. We still had to wait 30 minutes to be seated, but were not disappointed! The food was awesome. We both had egg dishes that were excellent, the potatoes were awesome, and the grain toast hit the spot. My breakfast ham was of high quality as well. It is a little pricey for breakfast, and as noted, you can expect a significant wait to get seated. The food too took longer than most places to come after we ordered. We were not in a hurry though, loved the food, and will make this restaurant a regular stop. P.S. Our sever, "Yisel" (per our receipt), was great!
What a fun theme and aesthetic in here, it caught me by surprise! The menu is extensive, and everything sounded great. I ordered the special Wicked Benedict and it was HEAVENLY. I would put that lime hollandaise on anything. My parents shared a belgian waffle and the Lion's Mighty and loved those as well. The service was excellent, prompt, and kind. I'll definitely be back!
About a 15 minute wait at 10:15 on a Sunday morning. They take your number and we checked out the great bookstore next door while we waited. Interior is cute, albeit small. Food was awesome. Crab was super fresh (as expected on the NorCal coast) and the poatatoes were incredible! They are seasoned with rosemary but I also got a delightful bright note that I couldn't quite identify. Lattes and Hot Chocolate also very good! Would definitely return!
We walked in at 9am and were seated right away . Parking was a breeze too. The service is excellent and they attended nicely to our needs without being overly present. The food came out fast. All requests were honored. (I.e sauce on the side, extra egg ...) All dishes were seasoned perfectly. Overall a great experience and we will be back next time we are in town! The Oz decoration was pretty cool too. Thank you to all the servers and bussers!
